GULF OIL SPILL POEM from October 2009

When I first heard about the Oil rig explosion on 4/20 (2010) I quickly thought about my writing dedicated to the SUPER MAJOR’s of the OIL GAME, and in particular BP, that I turned to BRITISH PETROILMEN.

I consider some lines in the poem pretty spot on considering what happened since writing and posting it. Bringing the worlds at-tension to the SUPER MAJORS, fossil fuels, oil, war and greedy irresponsible international corporate terrorism.

I hope to have balanced the bad oil boys and their igonorance with some beauty and intelligence of our Mermaid’s, the sea shells and ocean life of clean goodness, love, steve fly.
